I have two of these Blu-Ray players which I bought to use with Amazon Prime video. I bought one over a year ago and it still works well, so I bought another one in Feb 2016. In May 2016, Amazon stopped working on the new player and I got errors connecting to my wireless network. Best Buy exchanged it for a new player. Yesterday the replacement player had the same problems with Amazon. Best Buy has changed their policy, refused to replace the player and said to call Samsung. Samsung told me the problem was with Amazon. Amazon said the problem must be with the app on the player and that model is not on their compatible list. The only difference between the two players is that the one that doesn't work got a software upgrade at some point. Samsung, of course, says that can't be the problem. Bottom line: If you want to use Amazon, get a different player or at least don't upgrade the software.
