Great wireless keyboard

After struggling with my older Logitech keyboard, I was looking for something more responsive. My old keyboard kept getting so laggy, and I would constantly find missing letters when typing. So, I jumped on the opportunity to try the JLab - Epic Wireless Scissor Keyboard.
Needless to say, it is a vast improvement from my older keyboard. The JLab - Epic Wireless Scissor Keyboard is SO much more responsive. Not only that, but it is so much slimmer. The keys feel great when typing and I have all of the same controls of my previous keyboard.
I've got it programmed with both of my computers, which is incredible! When I am not using one, I can easily use the same JLab - Epic Wireless Scissor Keyboard with my other computer. I really love the convenience of not having to go through extra hassles to use the same keyboard for both of my computers. Battery has been holding up great as well.
One thing that I did find lacking is the fact that there is no built-in keyboard support pad. Yes, you can go and buy one, but I really wish that this keyboard came with one built-in. It would have really made it so much better.
Aside from that minor detail, the JLab - Epic Wireless Scissor Keyboard is great! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great for anyone!

If you are looking for a smartwatch/fitness tracker, definitely consider the Garmin - Venu 3. The level of health-related information that you will have available at a moment's notice is incredible. From hear rate, stress, HRV, and even sleep data, the Garmin - Venu 3 does it all.
At the moment, I am extremely stressed out (waiting on bar results). The Garmin - Venu 3 for sure knows I'm stressing because I am constantly alerted about my stress haha. I was really surprised when I first received the notification.
The informed watch face will display weather, sun rise/set, HBM, and so much helpful data. I really love having all of this information right on my wrist. While setting the watch up, I was surprised to find that this watch can be set to wheelchair mode for more accurate tracking. So, the Garmin - Venu 3 is really made for anyone. Another plus is how light and comfortable the watch is. This is a big plus for me.
As for the cons, the first one is the fact that you will need multiple apps to get the watch setup all the way. When trying to setup music apps and the watch face, you are redirected to the app store to download a completely different app. To cap it off, the music services that are available are extremely limited. IOS users, you are limited on functions with the Garmin - Venu 3. Apparently, Android users are able to text from the watch, but I haven't found a way to do this with my iPhone.
Battery life is pretty good. I've worn the battery for about one week and the battery is at around 30%.
Overall, the Garmin - Venu 3 is a great fitness tracker. The level of information that you get from it is incredible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I love my Simplisafe security system!

I have had a Simplisafe security system in my home since we purchased it back in 2015. The initial setup can be tricky, as it will go into some test mode. I had to make a few calls to figure out how to get it out of test mode and fully functional, but it was all worth it.
We were still running their Gen I system, and had the opportunity to give their newest, 3rd gen system, a try. The first thing that I love about the new system is the Wifi connectivity. Their old system did NOT have this feature and solely relied on cellular service, which could be spotty in some neighborhoods. The lack of Wifi in their own system also meant that there could be some lag time between arming and disarming the system.
It is great to see that Simplisafe is going with the times and constantly upgrading their home security devices. Their lineup now includes door locks, cameras, and various great sensors to expand home security. The new keypad now features an illuminated pad, which is great at night.
The sensors have also been upgraded, as their entry sensors are much slimmer and easier to mount in tight spaces. The system looks much more elegant, and is way more responsive.
The system also came with an indoor camera that makes it easier to see if there is an actual threat at home, or if it is a false alarm. You have the ability to give permission for Simplisafe's to access your camera, or deny that permission. I too was worried about the possible snooping around issue. Just the thought that someone, who knows where, can access your camera and look around your home gave me the creeps. BUT the interior camera features a shutter that remains closed whenever the camera is not in use. It only open when someone accesses the camera, so you don't have to worry about privacy issues anymore.
Another great thing about Simplisafe is the price. Compared to other services, their monthly fee is reasonable. Although I just received an email about their service fee going up $2/m just two days ago. A bit disappointing, but still a better deal than most other home security systems.
Another major plus is that you are NOT tied up by a contract!! No one is constantly calling you trying to sucker you into buying more expensive systems. You also have the ability to build your system with however many sensor you want.
I would highly recommend this system, and Simplisafe to anyone!

Great Mobile Security

I have tried a few other McAfee products, including their information monitoring services, and have had great experiences with it. Unfortunately, with their Mobil Security services, I have had some issues with their VPN feature.
Not only is having a VPN important to avoid people from knowing where you are, but it is also a great thing to have for streaming services. It allows me to view content not available in my area. But most importantly, I always turn it on whenever I am away from home.
The first downside experience that I had was that it was interfering with me being able to connect to my security cameras at home, and even with websites that I frequent often. It was a real pain to have to troubleshoot almost immediately after installing McAfee Mobil Security.
In order to fix this, you have to go into your app setting and into McAfee settings. It really sucks to have to take all of these extra steps to make sure that things work.
Although this is a minor inconvenience, I still want to be secure everywhere I go. McAfee has done a great job with the app, as you are able to have full control of your mobile security from the palm of your hands.
Although the VPN issue was the only downside, after adjusting your settings some, you will love all of the great security features that are instantly available to you.

Keep your personal information secure at all times

You hear constantly about cyber security issues going on with big companies. It often makes you think how safe your information is if things like this are going on, even with local law enforcement agencies.
Well, McAfee has made it easier to constantly monitor your personal information in real-time, and instant notifications. I decided to give McAfee a try, as I have previously used their different services in the past.
The activation was extremely simple. You download the software, enter you key code, and some personal information. You'll be running a scan of your information almost immediately.
I was amazed at how detailed the information provided was. I was able to make a few password changes to my most vulnerable accounts immediately after being notified of possibly compromised accounts.
To be on the safe side, I run a scan on a daily basis. You can never be too safe. It is definitely a great tool to have, and definitely worth the money.
Keep your personal information secure, and know when you have been compromised. I would recommend McAfee Privacy and Identity Guard to anyone.

Wife approved and would recommend

After having another well-known brand flatiron for years, it was time for my wife to get something new. She has constantly been telling me that her old flat-iron was not working as well. The opportunity came up to try the the Shark - SmoothStyle Heated Comb, so I went for it.
Needless to say, my wife was extremely happy after giving her the new Shark - SmoothStyle Heated Comb. She had the opportunity to use her new heated comb over the weekend and she was extremely happy with it.
From what she tells me, the Shark - SmoothStyle Heated Comb does a great job at straightening her hair right away. It flowed smoothly through her hair and was comfortable to handle. Unlike her older flatiron, the Shark - SmoothStyle Heated Comb was quick to smoothen her hair in less passes. She has different temperature options/settings.
Her hair really did look and feel smoother, and it really did take much less time for her to get ready. She usually took a long time to do her hair, which is a pain haha. I'm really glad that she has the new Shark - SmoothStyle Heated Comb. Saves SO MUC time.
My wife highly recommends the Shark - SmoothStyle Heated Comb.

A must to expand charging capabilities

Rexing continues to make life easier with charging solutions for Tesla drivers. The Rexing J1772 to Tesla adapter is a super convenient tool to have. It is an affordable adapter that will expand your charging capabilities.
When you are in need of a charge, with no Tesla station in site, this adapter can save you time and from major headaches. I purchased my Tesla used, and the included adapter was missing when I got my car. So when the opportunity came up to get the Rexing adapter, I had to go for it.
I should have gotten this adapter long ago. It really is so convenient to have it, as you are no longer bound by just the Tesla charge stations. I now keep this Rexing J1772 adapter and the Rexing CCS1 adapter in my car at all times.
Another great thing about the Rexing adapter that I recommend everyone to do is to register your product online. Rexing offers 18 months of warranty on the adapters if you register them within 30 days of purchase. I did that almost immediately after receiving mine.
This is definitely a great adapter to have. I would highly recommend the Rexing J1772 to Tesla adapter to anyone.

Breath easy, clean, and comfortably

Living in the Bay Area comes with its ups and downs. One of the downsides being dirty air, especially if you have commercial areas near your home.
The Dyson Purifier Big + was just what our home needed to ensure that our air was clean, and most especially, provide formaldehyde protection. This is just a bit piece of mind for the safety of my family and mine.
The Dyson Purifier Big + Quiet is a good size unit that will require a bit of space in your home. But, not only does it do a great job at keeping your air clean, but it adds a touch of style to your home. The Dyson Purifier Big + Quiet is a great looking purifier (not going to lie, it reminds me of R2-D2 haha but classier haha). I placed it in one corner of my home and get lots of compliments from visitors. Many think it is a fancy surround sound system haha.
The initial setup is extremely easy. you download the app, follow super easy instructions, connect to your wifi, and you are ready to go. You'll have clean air in a matter of minutes.
The Dyson Purifier Big + Quiet really is quiet. Even at its highest setting of 10, its really quiet. The sound emitted is actually soothing. My wife often tells me that she likes the noise and helps her relax.
The only downside to the Dyson Purifier Big + Quiet would be the cost of replacement filters. But its worth the money to keep my family safe.
I would highly recommend the Dyson Purifier Big + Quiet.

Convenient and easy to install

Having a secured home is extremely important nowadays. Many of my neighbors always ask why I have a security system for my home, but when something happens, they come running to me asking, "did you catch that." Soon after, they run and get themselves a system.
Well, I recently got the chance to try out the Night Owl - 10 Channel 4 Camera Wire Free 1080p system. One thing that I really like about it is the true wire-free cameras. It doesn't get easier than that. The only drawback to a system like this is to make sure to mount the cameras somewhere where you can easily access them when it comes time to charge them.
The claim is that they can go up to six months without charging. I can't really speak on the truthfulness of that claim, as I just received the system a few days ago. It's only been up and running a few days. But, I can say that the battery level is still near full. Keep in mind that there are various factors that will affect battery life. Just make sure not to cast a huge grid area so the cameras aren't constantly turning on, especially when mounting them in front of your home. I have my system setup to where it monitors the immediate surrounding area of my home, and not really too far into the street.
One of the downsides to the Night Owl - 10 Channel 4 Camera Wire Free 1080p system is that it only comes with two batteries per camera. The cameras are setup to run on two batteries, but you can install up to a maximum of four batteries per camera. Night Owl, why not just throw in the other eight batteries and make it a complete kit!?!
As for the setup of the system, you don't even need a tv/monitor to set this system up. You can have this up and running just through the use of your phone. All you have to do is download the app, follow a few simple directions, and you will be up and running in a matter of minutes.
The other drawback is the archaic 1080p resolution. Had this been a 4k camera system, I would have given it five stars just off of that itself. BUT the NVR is 4k capable. You just have to purchase the 4k cameras separately, which would defeat the purpose of going with this kit in the first place. This is why I have this as a backup system in my home.
I am also running a 4k, wired, camera system. This way, I don't have to worry about charging the cameras, and can have 24/7 recording without worrying about anything else. The primary use for the Night Owl - 10 Channel 4 Camera Wire Free 1080p system is for my driveway, garage, and immediate surrounding areas of my home.
Aside from those minor setbacks, the Night Owl - 10 Channel 4 Camera Wire Free 1080p system is a great starter pack.
