This phone is very easy to use. Has a simple mode, battery saver, SD slot, sim card, latest OS lolly pop, clear call quality and is quick to send text messages and emails. Also has a 5 MP camera with a LED flash. Just did an over the air software upgrade and the phone is performing even better. Paid $79.99 for the phone. More than meets my expectations.

I tried to activate my new phone that I was wanted so bad and come to find out the Sim card was bad call Verizon like I was told but my local best buy store told me that they were aware of the problem but they told me to bring it back in and I could get a refund.

this phone is very user friendly, I am a very low tech person and find it very easy to use, I was very hesitant to buy it because the first smart cell phone I had, got me frustrated, and returned it before thirty days.
The moto G , is very simple to operate and good enough camera for me.

My daughter had this phone and we both found it hard to use. Bought a Samsung Galaxy J1 which had a easy mode. Much easier to use.

I would not refer anyone to buy this phone. The download and WiFi is worthless.

This phone totally sucks, don't buy it - the batter life is horrible and takes hours to recharge. Verizon prepaid service doesn't work well and there is very LITTLE product/tech support.

Verizon prepaid network is excellent

Verizon prepaid network is excellent. The problem is with the phone not the network. I had two phones on verizon prepaid without a problem. Only had a problem with the network with the Moto E phone.
