Keep in mind I've owned some amazing subs, NVXvcw, Re Audio, JL Audio, old school Kicker CVR, Polk MM. Although this is a entry level its good for the money I paid. I was lucky came up clearance at register. So worth it if you get it under $75 Don't expect ear bleeding bass. reviewers that say they POUNNNNNND are people who maybe got a 12 or 2 12's for the first time or went from sony to this. If you have owned big boy subs in past don't expect that from this buttttttttttt please understand for the money its EXTREMELY CLEAN, HANDLES ITS RATED POWER, DECENT EFFICIENT, AND OVERALL SOUNDS GREAT ON ALL MUSIC LIKE ALL POLKS. This is good for anyone who isn't looking for spl lots of bass more so an accurate real world true to music sub with a regular amount of bass. Thats a more realistic perspective so people dont get confused about the reviews that say pounddddddddddd plus those will be the people that have a blown sub in a couple weeks! If you like what you just read buy the subs you will like them.

INSANE POWER, CLEAN LOW, BEST SOFT START IVE SEEN NO POP CLEAN SOUND JUST PREFECT. I MISS BASIC AMPS LIKE THIS WITH MINIMAL OPTIONS BUT REAL WORLD TRUE CLEAN POWER THAT WORKS. FLASHY ISNT ALWAYS BETTER. KICKER/STILL WATER DESIGNS GOT AN OLD FAN BACK TODAY :) THANK YOU SO MUCH SOLID AMP WORTH THE MONEY BYE BYE HIFONICS JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shockingly good but specs on box lie beware

so on the box it states 1.3 cubic feet tuned to 38hz and 3/4 mdf. Let me give you the REAL FACTS, ITS 1/2 INCH MDF, NET IS 1.0 CUBIC FEET AFTER PORT AND SPEAKER DISPLACEMENT AND THE TUNE IS PROBABLY AROUND 40HZ.. If you can live with that your golden it sounds great even looks nice.NO port noise shockingly port is 13x1 also who cares if the pre wiring is thin just swap it out i always do go larger so in future your ready to a upgrade.

what is the cubic air ?
1.3 before displacement so after sub is in 1.0 I suggest you line the walls with poly matt get at walmart
