WRONG PRODUCT LISTED

I purchased this drive through Best Buy's website and when I opened the package it was Seagate's older model. I checked their website and they have pictures of the newer Seagate 4TB drive (STEB4000100) but are actually selling the older discontinued model. When I called to return the item I received attitude from their rep and was told that they would report the issue. After calling them again a month later, I got the same song and dance that they would report the issue. It's going on 2 months of this so I decided to write this review to warn others that they won't receive the drive pictured.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
