The best prepaid phone I have owned so far. I have this phone for 6 weeks and just love it. Everything about it is great including the price of $79. I just did the software update and the phone is working even better. The camera takes great pictures and has many adjustments. There is a flash available. Easy to use. Has an SD card slot, SIM card, removable battery, battery saver mode and simple mode. Works well on both WIFI and data. Love the verizon network and never have any dropped calls. I am very pleased with this purchase from best buy.
Stay connected on the go with this Verizon Wireless Prepaid Motorola Moto E MOTXT1528PP no-contract cell phone, which features fast processing speeds, plus 4G LTE and Wi-Fi for fast Internet connection. Bluetooth technology lets you sync with compatible devices.

First prepaid with android 5.0

Moto E is the first prepaid phone with lollipop os. It runs smoothly. It has less pre-installed apps for more user liked apps. And the battery life is long enough for a shift and beyond. and last but not least it is on the best network in the world Verizon.

Samsung J 1 also runs on Lollypop OS and performs well. Much easier phone to use. Returned the Moto E phone.

You must have a defective phone
July 25, 2015
The battery life on my Samsung J 1 lasts over 3 days. I think your phone may be defective. I would suggest you exchange it under the warranty by contact bestbuy or samsung.
