Battery died just after warranty expired.

Planned obsolescence? My second Philips sonicare toothbrush just died months after the warranty expired. This one was the DiamondClean. Looks beautiful and works great until it died. Just bought new toothbrush heads too... My wife's Oral B Braun meanwhile is on year 5. Hope this review will help others avoid the frustrations I experienced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
