had the best buy in Blaine Mn install a touchscreen stereo in my vehicle. after the install my factory sub didn't work. went back the next day to have the tech look at it and he then told me that there was a compatibility issue and that it wouldn't work with this stereo, and now the the manager i spoke with (bridget) says that they will remove the stereo and re install my factory stereo but will not give me a refund. this is the second nightmare encounter that i have had with the same location. i will never shop or have anything installed there again. definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone
