Great for 2 weeks!

I researched this refrigerator for a long time. Finally got it, with protection plan and taxes paid over $3000. Immediately water started to leak into the freezer. Then ice started to form--started to look like a fridge that needed defrosting. called BestBuy. 8 days later a tech from Geek Squad came. repaired lining of the freezer. The leak???
About two weeks later the refrigerator portion stopped cooling. temp was between 55 and 60 degrees. Called Best Buy and was told a tech would be out 9 days later. I explained how that was unacceptable. Rep contacted an authorized outside repairman who arrived three days later. He gave me two forms to complete one long one explaining that he didn't have to move my fridge but would as a courtesy and might damage my floors, but tha wouldn't be his fault. I signed it all. He stood next to the refrigerator and listened. He declared that it was the evaporator since he didn't hear a motor. left me a form saying he'd order a part that would take 10-12 days typically to receive--then he would call me when it came in and set up a time to come try it. I called Best Buy and talked to several reps who were everything from unsympathetic to rude and finally got a "supervisor" who emailed me a food spoilage claim form. I told him I wanted a refund. He said to give them time to find a part sooner--2 business days and then if that didn't happen he would handle it. That was a week ago. Brett Scriver is his name. I've called twice since his own deadline--no answer even though it has been within his stated working hours. I have now emailed him directly twice as well. So I paid over $3000 for a refrigerator that has been "serviced" 3 times in the last month and is still warm inside. I bought the protection plan from Best Buy and they will not even give me a copy of it #they said it was online, but mine is not#. Mr.Scriver said he would send it to me, but that didn't happen either. I'm very angry. Frustrated and would advise everyone to NEVER, EVER buy any appliance from Best Buy. I wish I could rate them a zero.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
