Flashlight fades from bright to dim and back
on June 13, 2017

The flashlight is brand new, and when I use it, it will start nice and bright but then quickly fades very dim, and then bright again, almost like it is a slow strobe setting. I checked the batteries & the on/off connection, and everything seems normal, but the light is clearly messed up.

Good Machine, but not perfect.

I purchased this computer because I got tired of everything "bogging" down and having the mouse delay as I moved it around. I use large programs, like Photoshop and Indesign, often at the same time, so I do ask my computer to work, and for the most part this computer does the job, but I find at times that I need to close down some programs, usually Google Drive, which is always syncing files, and often Chrome, as they tend to cause the mouse delay, which is extremely annoying!

Extremely Slow with Many Bugs!

We purchased this computer to replace an older dying computer, only to find out this computer is WAY SLOWER than our old one. It also has had trouble loading programs like Adobe lightroom, literally taken hours and multiple restarts. The touchpad has already stopped working, and it is only 10 days old! The computer is boxed and getting sent back.
