Good not Perfect

This is a nice dryer with some nice features. Dries nicely, rarely have to restart it because the load is not fully dry. I did not give it 5 stars for these reason: No fluff cycle, A number of load settings do not allow you to adjust the temp. Find myself using Time Dry most so I can make adjustments. The drying temps are not overly hot which I like.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Happy with Purchase

I purchased this washer 30 days ago and wanted to use it before I did a review. I read the others and have some comments. I would not call it a quiet washer if you are doing small loads. The tub is stainless steel so the water filling can be louder with a small load. The Spin is very quiet. Overall it is much quieter than my Siemens Front load which was terribly loud. It washes very well and is fast and efficient. Do read the instructions so you understand some oddities in its performance such as spending time adjusting the tub to balance the load for up to 5 minutes before it starts running. The internal sink is helpful if you have no sink in your laundry room. Saves running with wet hand wash into the laundry room to spin them down or place them in the dryer. The tub is very deep and not for a short person to reach.

I would recommend this to a friend!

Put the iron away and forget the dry cleaners. This Samsung dryer will steam the wrinkles out of clothes and leave all your laundry fresh and odor-free.

The dryer makes a squeaking noise

We've had this dryer for a few weeks now. Everytime it's running it squeaks the entire time, sounds like a bird chirping. What could this be and should we contact best buys service dept?

You might try leveling the washer and using the calibration process in the manual that you run after level.

Can dryer be vented out of the side?

I may need to vent the dryer out of the left side is that an option?

No. The vent is permanently in the rear center at the bottom.

How does the sink drain

How does the sink drain the excess water? Does it flow back into the washer?

After hand washing, you lift the sink to dump the water into the tub of the washer. Or, dump the hand wash as well in to the tub so it can go through a full wash.

Noises from machine

Just had this machine delivered and the drain pump sounds like it runs a lot and it's loud. Anyone else feel like the pump is loud (not the water noise, the pump).

Mine is not loud. Had it about 30 days now.
