Fantastic Bag for College Students
on November 2, 2016
Posted by: InfectiousAstronaut
I bought this bag specifically with using it for college in mind. I'm just over half way through my first term using it, and I am very, very pleased. The stitching on the bag is incredibly strong, and the material itself is very durable. The bag technically isn't waterproof, but it is water resistant. I live and go to school in a notoriously rainy city, so some kind of water protection was essential. I got caught out in heavy downpour, and when I got home, everything in my bag was completely dry. I like the size of it a lot. It can be a "big bag" if you want it to be a big bag, or a "small bag" if you want it to be a small bag. I carry around all of my coursework with me everywhere I go, because I like to be able to work on whatever I need to whenever I need to. This bag has enough room for my textbooks, paperwork, 40oz water bottle, a book to read for fun, and my 13'' macbook pro with my charger and extension cable. This bag essentially works like my mobile office. There IS only one water bottle spot, but for most people, that isn't a problem. On the top of the bag there is a main compartment zipper, and then on the side opposite the water bottle holder, there are two zippers that allow for easy access to either the computer compartment, or main compartment. the base of the bag has what looks like rubber, so that helps with moisture if you set it down. I'm a pretty big dude, about 6'2 and 250, and this bag looks about the perfect size for me. It doesn't look to big or too small. My only gripe, and it's a very small one, is that the sternum strap doesn't lock in when I'm wearing the bag. I don't think the strap is abnormally short though, I have a pretty big chest. Overall, I absolutely recommend this bag, especially if you need something dependable, durable and that's going to last. I would put it right in the same league as the Chrome bags.
My Best Buy number: 4015623117
I would recommend this to a friend!
