I would go with less than one star if it was offered. I Purchased this unit in 2012 and has had four service calls on major issues in 3 years of ownership. The last one is quoted at over $800. The company does not stand behind this "Lemon" which should not be offered to the consumers in the first place and their attitude is basically "you should have purchased an extended warranty so tough luck". I am throwing it away and taking my chances with a new brand.
