2nd dishwasher is 1 month

1st dishwasher wouldnt dry my dishes. second dishwasher washed 1 load everything went well 2nd load getting a code 4C very dissatisfied with qualtiy of product will not purchase a samsung dishwasher in the future. best buy April Sadler and Christen have been great and scheduling a new Bosch dishwasher this week. Thanks to best buy customer service I will purchase future products from them.

How long does the dishwasher last before it breaks down ?

My last dishwasher lasted 15 years. My current one started having problems in its 13th month - it cannot handle water ! It was the top rated dishwasher - but they do not test them 18 months after they have been in use.
