Damaged Chassis

The unit was physically damaged during shipping. When I received the box delivered by UPS I noticed a punched hole in the middle.
As I took the PC out of the box I immediately saw the bottom of the chassis was bent and the side cover could not be closed all the way.
I returned the unit to a Bestbuy store.
I went back online to order a new one as the bestbuy store was not able to exchange it for me and only gave me a refund and to my surprise the unit was now sold out.

I would recommend this to a friend!
