So pretty yet falling apart

I received this for Christmas and already all the rose gold letters are coming our of the engraving, the paint is chipping off , and the letters that are left are becoming discolored. I am so sad and disappointed that my parents spent money on something like this for it just to fall apart a week later.
They should take out the "reliable" portion of it's description.
