Ongoing Nightmare

I loved my range for exactly 15 month and then an ongoing nightmare started. First two burners went out and 3 technicians were only able to fix it after five visits. They suppose to be trained by Samsung but somehow they must have not even read the manual,that comes with the range, because whatever they told my boyfriend was the opposite of what was written in the manual. They don't even know how the range suppose to be installed. Now after one month without a functioning range over the holidays, I finally have my stovetop functions back just to find out that the oven now is not working anymore. The top oven is not heating at all and the bottom is over heating. I read on another review that they had issues with constant temperatures and I had those experiences as well, especially the top oven is always too hot (when it was still working# and burned everything in half the recommended time. I stopped using it and used only the lower which seems to work #worked# more predictable. I just ordered a thermo probe to actually get an exact reading on the oven performance.
Samsung customer service is an absolute nightmare. Twice I was on hold for more than 80 minutes constantly listening to the same www. Samsung.com phone message. They also couldn't get it right that I had an extended warranty and constantly canceled my repair order.
My tip:DO NOT get the extended warranty from Samsung. They only give you grief.
Now after 7 repair appointments, the #olny) company that works with my extended warranty program is refusing to come back again. They will redeem it as un-repairable and the warranty company will refund my money so that I can get me a new one, BUT my extended 5 year warranty I just purchased 2 Month ago for $480 will expire when I get the refund and I have to purchase a new one. That is a lot of money thrown out the window for something that is not my fault.
I was really excited about the Samsung appliances and was planning to buy the washer and dryer, but after this experience, I will look somewhere else for quality products.

where does heat from oven vent?
does it vent in front just above door or in back behind the burners on top?

Can the height of the stove be adjusted?
Do the feet on the stove allow for leveling and height adjustments?
yes, you can, but it is complicated, because you have to adjust the height first and THEN slide the oven in place. You can't access the feet when the bottom drawer is out because the bottom drawer is a closed compartment due to the warming drawer function. It took us many tries to slide the range in and out to level it.
