Keeps going back to factory defaults

I would not recommend this unit. Every 3 weeks or so it defaults to factory settings. I updated the device firmware and still had the issue. I called Sony multiple times and all they had me do was reset the unit, they had no idea. I finally got frustrated and got rid of the radio.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
