Great Headphones, with minor flaw

Bose did a fantastic job in creating the QC35. The sound quality is fantastic. I have used them constantly for about 2 days. The noise-cancellation is exceptional and blocks out almost all noise, even without music playing. They are easy to use and I have not run into any problems with the wireless connection. The sound quality does run into a slight problem with deep bass. There are certainly headphones out there with better quiet sound quality than the QC35. For example, if you are sitting in a completely quiet room, I might prefer some other headphones. But when on an airplane or in a noisy or crowded area, there is no headphones I would rather have than the QC35. I also own the Beats Studio headphones, and I can say that the QC35 is a better all-around headphone. I highly recommend them.

Can you listen and charge the headphones at the same time?
Yes. A charging wire is included in the box, but it is not very long. You can continue to listen to music through the included wire even after the battery has died, but the noise cancellation does not work with a depleted battery.

Can the headphones be paired to a non smart tv.
It depends on your TV. The headphones are bluetooth enabled, so they can connect to anything with bluetooth capability.

Do these headphones have to be specified between apple and samsung/andriod like the Bose® - QuietComfort® 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphones that are wired.
The headphones work for both Apple and Samsung/Android because they connect through bluetooth.
