A "fridge" that does not get cold

I would not recommend this fridge for many reasons. 1) The temperature will not regulate. It goes up and down 20 degrees all day long. I called Whirlpool and they said it definitely should not be doing that. They said they would call someone in my area to service. I have been waiting weeks and no response??? 2) The fridge does not stay cool. Even at the coolest setting, the top fridge can't keep beer or other beverages at a reasonable chilled temperature. The bottom part is useless for white wine since it won't cool below 52 degrees. Since the fridge doesn't keep beverages cold and Whirlpool customer service ignores issues, I highly suggest thinking twice about buying this "fridge".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
