I've had the Razor Blackshark headset since it launched with the battlefield special edition and I can honestly say its the best headset i've ever owned. No volume control, no mic switches no hassle.
Its a completely analog headset .

I searched for bomb proof headsets for a long time and found it with this one.
Would I recommend this headset? A million times yes!

I absolutely love my Razor Leviathan set. Great sound, great bass.
If I were to change anything about this unit it would be the ability to change the time out function. It has a 20 minute inactivity auto shut down. For the most part while using it as a computer soundbar its not that big of an inconvenience being its within arms reach to turn it back on. An optional remote would be nice.

I'm a fairly hardcore supporter of Razer products. It is a great headset but it has a few things that annoyed me and those things are why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5.
- No charging dock.
- Recoil Mic boom is a nice feature but rattled and felt weak and moved around.
- Over ear headset but the speaker pad (inner part) presses against ear.
