Ice maker quit - weak warranty support

Purchased new from Best Buy 7-31-2015. Ice maker stopped working 7-5-16. Called Samsung warranty 7-6-16. They said they would call back within 24 hours. No return call. Called Samsung warranty 7-8-16. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. They agreed to send a service person a week later (7-13-16). Service man showed up and said it wasn't under warranty (purchased less than a year ago). We called Samsung again and they finally the repair mans trip that didn't fix it. The Ice maker broke again a week later(It isn't fixed). Samsung at this point says they wont fix it (awaiting call). We purchased the extended warranty and paid full price for the fridge. Best Buy says "There is nothing we can do" . Neither Best Buy or Samsung will stand behind this refrigerator - at less than a year old with purchased extended warranty. Order # BBY01-738594007124
