Stays on, cracks easily

I have owned two of these cases, first a purple one and then the clear one. I do like how slim these cases are and how well they stay on, but there is a significant catch. Within a few months of owning the purple one, both of the back corners cracked and broke completely off, and one of the rubberized feet came off by itself and went missing before I noticed! I do not put my laptop through ANY wear and tear, I store it inside a sleeve and always carry it in a bag, so I don't know how it became damaged so quickly. I thought it was my own fault and went and bought another-- not even one month later, the corners cracked off AGAIN! Come on Speck, you can do better than this!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
