LG G5 Locked everyone out.

We put the phone on the charger at night while an Update was loading. The next morning, it would not recognize any Pass Code, Finger Print or the image you draw on the dots. I am afraid we lost everything trying to get it to work. We have no choice but to mail it back to LG as soon as I find the receipt. I was traveling thru Florida when I bought it.
How ever, the second one I bought is still working fine. (so far)
