Since I'm technology challenged, this plan is like insurance for me. So far, I've only needed questions answered but if something breaks or needs special attention I'm covered for 2 yrs.

Needed some speakers but not a big set-up to go with new pc. These fit the bill perfectly. There is a volumn control knob and a power button on them as well as a headphone plug-in. Very clear sound for a very reasonable price.

Home & Student was sufficient for my needs

Needed a word processor since Win 10 did not come with one. Used Microsoft Works for many years, which came with XP. It was simple to use
& easy to format documents I needed. Still trying to master Office. Hope it gets easier.

Easy to see, crisp images, awesome color & details

This was a major upgrade from the old style clunky monitor for me. Screen adjustment buttons are located along the right side bottom edge of the screen & are easy to hit by mistake when moving the monitor, be careful. Color, detail is wonderful. However, paper work instructions on set up & adjustments was hard to understand for a newbee.

My 11 yr. old pc died & I needed a replacement. Between reviews of the Lenovo Ideacentre 700 & high marks for Lenovo from family this was my choice. Set-up was easy & I'm enjoying the smooth speed of operation because of the hybrid hard drive. Memory can be expanded to 32GB, a plus on down the road. Have used everyday for 6 weeks; no problems so far.
