Horrible customer service. SAMSUCKS!

In less than a month the tv developed a vertical line on screen. Best Buy washed their hands of the warranty. Contacted Samsung ...WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Sent tech service to home. After 2 times ...he told my wife he was not coming back because he wasn't getting paid for anymore visits...REALLY.!?!? Only CS people were in South Carolina or Domenican Republic. Couldn't get the same person to deal with. Will NEVER buy a SAMSUCK product again. Finally got approval to get my $$$ back . It took almost 2 months to "resolve"!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
