Power suddenly shut down, and microwave does not work at all. i brought it to best buy but they cannot accept return because its over their return policy and called samsung custmer service and do not want to refund the money. Do not buy, not a good quality for an expensive product and get broken after 3weeks of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
