Horrible design flaw

The metal screw used to tighten the ‘Tilt’ of this mount is held in place with a plastic sleeve (check it out before you buy it!!). I bought and returned 2 of these wall mounts because the screw would strip out the plastic part when I tried to tighten the adjuster knob. I was mounting a 37” JVC TV that was 24lbs….so the TV I was using should have been supported just fine based on the instructions. Zero stars would have been given if possible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
