I can finally sleep

I was skeptical when I first came across the Sleep Shepherd Blue on Facebook. I didn't think that it could do all that they said it could but I thought I would try it out. Initially I did not sleep well. I was not used to sleeping with something on my head and I usually slept with my TV on in the background which the manual recommends not doing. The changes took a little time to adjust to but after some time (about a week) I noticed that I was falling asleep faster and not waking up as frequently throughout the night. I really am thrilled with the changes I have noticed in my sleep. One of my favorite features has to be the app though. It shows me how I've slept each night. It is facinating to see my personal sleep progession. The smart alarm is really what put the SSB over the edge for me. This alarm slowly wakes me up and I wake up well rested which is a new sensation for me!

Pros!
Best sleep I've had in years
they have slipcovers to keep the device clean
The app is user friendly and keeps me accountable
I would recommend this to a friend!
