I am very disappointed by this washer /dryer. Like many reviewers, I was limited in the amount of space and after careful review, bought this unit. I have already had Geek Squad out to my house, who told me that these machines are notoriously noisy. I am so sorry that I purchased it and briefly considered returning it, but didn't want to go through the hassle. I wish I had bought the more expensive Bosch compact units. Maybe I got a lemon, but the washing machine is VERY loud. Avoid!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy AND dryer leaving black marks on clothes

I called Best Buy today and have Geek Squad coming out again this week. The dryer is leaving black streaks on white clothes. Looks like my brand new white Hotel collection sheets from Macy's are ruined. What a lemon. I want a new machine or my money back. I checked reviews of this machine on a few other sites and noticed a few other complaints about black streaks. AVOID.
