Let down from HP

This computer has been nothing but a headache for me since I purchased it in April 2016. I had to factory reset it at least two times due to compatibility issues. When the mother board crashed, HP did replace it but then it came back to me still not working because they didn't complete the rest of the updates causing the hard drive to stop responding. Its about to be sent out for the third time to be repaired. I really wish they would just keep it and refund me some of the money. As someone who has only ever used HP for laptops, this was a big disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
