Good product but why does it have to be so ugly?

It works very well but it is ugly and only has a 2 year warranty. It should be a 3 year warranty like the ultra. So I deducted 1 star.

This phone is good for the price and it gets the job done. It has 1.5GB of RAM which means it doesn't lag on Lollipop. The micro SD card allows you to expand the storage. I love that it has a replaceable battery.

The wind noise cancelation algorithm works well

I often have to take calls while outside and wind becomes an issue. This headset does a very good job canceling out the wind noise. It is a bit heavy for a bluetooth device but it has a 7 hour battery so I am sure that is why. Definitely get the charging case, it is worth the extra money!

I have the Voyager 5200 and got this case to charge it. I love that it can charge the headset twice and I love the dock. I keep the headset sitting in the dock so that it is always ready to go when I need it. Great design!

I have used Verizon prepaid for several lines and find that the coverage and quality of the service is very high for a prepaid service. Their customer service is of course not as good as postpaid but it is still decent. Just takes a long time to get in touch with a rep.
