Broke in 8 months

My dryer broke within 8 months so it is a Samsung problem not a Best Buy. I've been on the phone for 4 days trying to get it repaired but I mysteriously keep getting disconnected. They schedule an appointment then call back and say it can't be repaired. Then I go through the process again. At one time they said they'd replace it but it would take 3 weeks, then retracted. Samsung is a terrible company when something goes wrong! Beware since it broke in 8 months.
