sounds good when they work

I received these as a Christmas gift 2 days ago. They connected the first 2 times and the sound quality was good. However, I noticed I could not put my phone into my back pocket without my music or phone call messing up. I thought I could deal with that even if it was frustrating, but as of today my Bluetooth headphones will no longer connect to my phone at all no matter what I try or how many times I attempt. I will be returning these tonight for a different brand. Very disappointing after only 2 days of use!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
