Keep track of your activity without restricting your wrist movement with this ActionSleeve armband for Apple watch. Easy to strap onto your bicep, the band keeps your watch secure and in view as you exercise. The tight skin contact of this ActionSleeve armband can help provide accurate readings on heartrate and other stats.

Great for Crossfit and more consistent HR

I bought the Actionsleeve directly from the company as soon as it was released. The biggest frustration I had with the Apple Watch was that I couldn't wear it when the movements of the workout affect my wrist. Any type of push-up, ring dip, overhead squats, jerks, etc were all no Watch days. When I could wear my watch, the HR rates were inconsistent as the watch would lose direct contact with my skin depending on the movement. I would have a HR of 155 one minutes, then the next would be 77. It was a bit frustrating as I am learning how HR levels during workouts promote different aspects of conditioning. It also is rewarding to see the HR higher when you know you were pushing it or that it was steady for some of the endurance things.
The action sleeve solved all my frustrations with the Apple Watch. I've worn it about 5 times now and it has kept consistent HR readings. It has never gotten in the way of a workout. The closest thing to being in the way was ring dips. Usually the bicep needs to touch the ring and I couldn't feel the touch on the side the actionsleeve was on. Still - it did not limit my range of motion at all.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who is having the same frustrations I was having. It is a worthwhile investment and I believe the price is great for the results I've seen in using the product.
