Fan was a huge letdown

Everything seemed to be perfect for my needs. The price, functionality, aesthetics, etc. was good. But my god was that fan loud. I disabled the antivirus for a bit to free up some cpu, but even then and with nothing open, that thing was buzzin away. I then opened a couple youtube tabs and I could've sworn this thing was about to blast off into space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Says it's silver, but pictures show black. Anyone know which it actually is?
It's black like the pictures show. Not sure why they put it as silver.
