Great customer service but horrible product

PROS -The laptop is absolutely gorgeous -Random people have stopped at airports to tell me my laptop is good looking -Ability to flip to tablet mode, write on the screen all of that is good -customer service is excellent, they replaced my laptop with the latest 2017 edition( IMO other than the face recognition unlock I don't like it as much as the 13inch 2016 edition)
CONS -lots and lots of problems! -had my first piece returned and bought a replacement for ghost touch problem, second started giving the same issue after a month. They took it for repair and sent it back in 24 hrs but after a month the same issue started arising again. So they replaced it with the brand new spectre. Now this one and I dont know if it is to be attributed to Windows 10 on HP or the laptop itself, but my laptop hangs ALL the time. I type out a sentence and I can go take a walk and come back for it to reflect on the screen. This majorly happens on browsers (I've tried 3 browsers and it is all the same)
I want to ask for a refund and buy another laptop but what are my options really? In this range of PCs, it's either the Spectre or the Yoga or the XPS. I wouldn't want to spend that much on a surface book anyway.
I'm really hoping they can just fix my issue so that I can rest in piece with this without having to worry about picking from the other not so many options.
