somebody has been used it before

First of all this pc is lag as h*ll, then I did not even need to use the pc code to activate the pc, it actually can turn on right away, so I know this pc has been used it by somebody else. Finally I did the store pick up and before I pick this pc up, I was wondering if it is work, then I ask the stuff see if they can set it up for me and see if it is work. However, they said they need to make a appointment for that and they probably need to charge me $40. Poor customer service and I have been returning serval times and now they said system error so they need to return the money back to the gift card instead of my credit card.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
