Good PC for Price

I am posting this review because I searched the internet for weeks before finally purchasing this laptop and feel like they don't get reviewed enough. I am not a tech guru so I am reviewing this as a technologically uneducated consumer. I originally purchased the 15.5" Lenovo Yoga 710 but had a problem with the space bar sticking, just one day after I took it out of the box. Best Buy was very understanding and helpful in letting me return that laptop and exchanging it for this one. (One other thing about the 710, it only has half of a right shift key which drove me nuts so pay attention to the details while shopping!) This laptop (720) has a standard sized shift key. I have not owned a laptop in a few years so it's been a bit of a transition as far as keystrokes, etc compared to a desk top PC. But as far as I can tell, only having this laptop for a week, it runs very smoothly and the start-up is QUICK! This is the first PC I have used with Windows 10 but so far I like it- it's just different from what I'm used to. The touch screen is very responsive, as is the touch pad. The 2-in-1 feature is nice and works fine but I doubt I'll be using this in tablet mode much just because that's not what I bought it for. I purchased this to be able to take to class easily which brings up portability. It is very compact, thin and lightweight! I can't believe how much you can cram into something so small! I tested out the battery-life on purpose today in order to review properly and am happy to say that my computer has been running and being actively used for 8 hours and I just got the notification that I had low power and needed to plug up! I would also like to add that this laptop does, indeed, have a back-lit keyboard just like the rest of the Lenovo Brand laptops. I keep seeing complaints that this one and the 710 do not have back-lit keyboards but it is a feature that you can turn off and on by pressing the Fn key and space bar at the same time.
I'm only giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because I have only had it for a short time and am not sure how I will feel later down the road, but first impressions speak volumes and so far, it's good!
