nice computer but junk

I bought this computer thinking it would be nice but it is junk, have to restart and restart just to get anything done. They really need to fix this, great computer but its junk. Don't buy this one
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is the performance of the graphics supposed to be extremely low grade or is there something wrong with my unit??

there has to be something wrong with this laptop cause it should not be doing this
