Cleans well, dries terribly, installation hassles

The dryer is quiet and cleans well (though the cycle is 2.5 hours). However, even when using rinse aid and the Sanitize setting (per instructions for maximum drying) the dishes and inside of machine are soaking wet when the cycle is complete, so you have to use a dish towel before putting the dishes away.
The "free installation" from Best Buy was a nightmare. They initially just dropped off the machine and left it in my living room. I then had to spend several hours on the phone in multiple calls with BB to schedule an installation date four days later. Then, the installers did not show up on the appointed day. I had to spend yet more time on the phone scheduling another date. Finally, the installers arrived, a week after delivery, and installed it fine. But what a hassle to get it done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
