Breaks easily

This machine worked great on the first room we used it on. Unfortunately it was built to only last for one room. Halfway through the second room the brushes on the bottom broke and it will cost $47.10 to fix. Hoover will not cover the warranty because they say I had to break it some way. I assume using it per the instruction manual is what they are talking about. Very poor quality cheap plastic brushes on bottom. Too bad it seemed like I was really going to like how it worked if only it had been more reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works good

I have had this dehumidifier about 2 months and it has worked fine. It is relatively quiet when it is on low but quite a bit of blower noise on high. The compressor is very quiet and I like the fact that you can set the humidity precentage electronically. Overall I am glad I purchased this dehumidifier.
I would recommend this to a friend!
