I have used about every one of the top phones on the market (iPhone 7+, Pixel XL, S7 Edge, LG G5 and V20, HTC 10 Moto Z, One+3, Axon 7, etc.) and this is the best phone on the market right now. It has the best combination of size, screen, software, battery life and camera on the market. I was concerned about the 1080p and relatively low pixel density on such a big screen, but the screen is absolutely great. Rarely do you notice the difference between it and the AMOLED screens on the market. The battery is awesome. The software with Nougat flies. It has a much larger screen in the same size body as the iPhone 7+ and the Pixel XL. It is hard to find fault with this phone. Hopefully, Huawei will support it and issue quick security and other (7.1.1) updates.

I decided to try Dell again after many bad experiences in the past. Well, I shouldn't have. The computer constantly froze, just out of the blue. Only turning it completely off and back on would fix the problem -- temporarily. All drivers and Bios were updated and still this problem existed. Looking around the Dell and other forums. there are many people with this problem right now. It is not a matter of if it will freeze, just a matter of when. It froze 10 times in a two hour span before I decided to return it. Hopefully Dell will get that issue resolved, but I will not be buying Dell again.

The laptop is thin and light and has a good processor. That is about all it has going for it. The keyboard does not have very good feel to it, the trackpad is far too small and the HD screen is not as good as other higher resolution screens in this price range. The screen compromise shows itself in some programs. The lack of standard ports will be a pain for most users. There are much better laptops in this price range.

We have a 15 month old unit that has the same issues as noted by many others. Started leaking from the ice maker at the same time the fan became very loud. Had the service guy come out and it needs repairs for the leaking ice maker and fan and possibly other parts. Ridiculous for a refrigerator that is slightly over a year old to require so many repairs and cost so much to repair. Do not buy!

I have had three of these, dating back to 2013. Still have them all and they still work great. Have tried all the others (Toshiba, Dell, Lenovo, HP) and they cannot compare to this Samsung. Returned them all. Light, powerful, great screen, good touchpad, decent keyboard and it just works. Very good computers.

After 13 months, the ice maker started leaking which lead to fridge and freezer not cooling, water leaking inside the unit and a frozen motor. Long story short, so far I've paid over $800 in repairs and another $350 for a service agreement through whirlpool and after having a technician come to my house 11 times, we still do not have a fix for this thing. It will be 2 years old in May. Technician told me the best thing to buy is a side by side fridge, he rarely has to repair them. He said he usually spends 90% of his day repairing french door fridges.

We are having the exact same experience with the exact same issues. Ours is 15 months old. Leaking, loud fan, poor cooling -- all exactly the same. Do not buy this thing!

I wanted to report back. I obtained a replacement XPS 15.6 laptop and it has none of the problems I noted with the previous one. It is great, at least so far, and I would give it 5 stars. Hopefully, I will not experience the problems that others have noted after a few months of use.
