does a great job of supporting a large tv but

Does a great job of supporting a 55" flat screen but ours is very hard to move to get the tv to lay flat against the wall. It takes my husband and I both and we still can't get the tv to retract completely. We are happy with range of motion and weight support.
What's great about it: range of motion
What's not so great: hard to get arms to go all the way back to the wall
I would recommend this to a friend!
