This player competes with Oppo 203 directly. if you need a player with exceptional picture and sound quality this is player to get. if you have high end HDR 4K tv this is the player to get.
Build quality is exceptional as you could expect at his price point, make sure to use certified premium HDMI cable which is capable fo passing 18Gbps data. I am using it with Samsung JS9000 HDR 4K Tv. Setup was easy one HDMI connect to HDCP compliant HDMI port on TV and one Ethernet connection to Router, make sure HDR is activated on the HDMI port tv is connected to get HDR content shown on Tv.
I have played 8-10 4K movies on it without any issues. regular bluray discs are upscaled to 4K as well, depending on BD source quality it could be very good or average.
if you have LG/Sony OLED I would suggest get OPPO 203 as it has Dolby vision. Panasonic doesn't. I have Oppo 203 connected to LG OLED TV in other room, my advise people who have projector to pick Panasonic over Oppo as it deals with projector HDR better than Oppo 203. I hope this helps for people deciding between players.

Got it on deal of day sale.
it is very easy to use, one have to format it for Mac using Disk utility. other than that ready to use out of box. I am going to use it with latest MacBook Pro backup, Drive is fast took 30 minutes to do 100 GB backup for Time machine initial backup. was considering Seagate but reviews had too many failures.

great movie in 4K, I had an HD DVD version before, I never bought Bluray version when HD DVD failed.
I used Oppo 203 player and LG C6 to watch this, 4K transfer is stunning, 4K bluray has DTS X soundtrack as well.
For owners of 4K tv with HDR this is very nice movie to have, you will enjoy the details the pictures brings. the details in dark scenes in island and city are best I have seen.
other than long movie to watch in one session this is great movie for family to enjoy.

I own 2010 MBP 15 inch, although it is working just fine i need something smaller and lighter, this laptop is the answer, I contemplated between MacBook and this the difference is one extra port and 1 lbs heaver but it is very fast as compared to M processor.
Apple MBP have been not updated that much as far as processing power is concerned and at this price point a dedicated Graphic is must, $300 price is steep $1299 is base laptop with only 128GB HD.
Keyboard is getting used to, I am not sure I am liking it and not sure about how long it will last, definitely not a plus point at this point and only con I can see. price is high but it is apple so cough up money if you need laptop apple should at least kept one USB3 port. using usb3 disk connected via adapter works fine but adapter is nuisance to keep. it is ironic that even iPhone cable need that dongle to connect. Retina Screen is gorgeous
my wife has similar Retina display laptop and has been used quite a bit in last 3-4 years it is super reliable and rarely needs restart, never locks up.
I like the space grey color for a change matches my iPad Pro.
I would recommend this laptop.

Got this watch for my daughter, she absolutely loves it, i bought the Nike 42 mm for myself same day. a bit overprice in my opinion as these will not last long may be 2 years tops, screen is sharp and bright, band is extremely comfortable a bit pricy if one want to change color ($49).

Excellent Watch to phone integration

i waited for a year to decide should i get this watch or not, i got one last week, having used it for a week i think it is very good integration with iPhone . i am using it with iPhone 7 plus, my concern is although it is sports watch not sure it is rugged enough. i got apple care for it, not sure with $69 deductible it is worth after paying $50 for apple care. if it does not break it would be fine i guess.
I am mainly using it for heath related functions apps built in and some i downloaded, learning to use other apps like philips hue and ecobee that is nice to use, i wish range away from phone would be higher, around house it is fine but at work the range is low may be due to walls.
i am not sure how long the watch will last but if one willing to spend $400 for three years than it fine to use. there are lot very good watches for that price range though, but we spend almost $800 of smart phone even 2 years also, it is lot of money to spend.
it is easy to use in daylight, screen is bright enough.
it is nice to have gadget for health use otherwise not needed my opinion.

this is great iPad at very good price, the difference between this and iPad pro is not worth the extra price, most people will be very happy with this iPad. i have iPad air 32GB and this definitely is faster and have whopping 128GB memory and almost $300 cheaper than the price of iPad air back then.
there was good promotion of $150 trade in on old iPad mini 2 which was great bargain. apple is more focused on introducing the high end feature on iPad pros and using a year old technology of bargain iPad. if you need iPad pro features go for that but if you need for casual internet use this is best for that purpose at very good price.

Even though everyone was saying is same old phone with not much upgrades, it is great phone, it is quite fast, screen is very good, good battery life, iOS 10 is great also.
if you want a total experience of great phone which works all the time without hangups this the phone to get, don't get hung up other phones specs. they might be nice but will never give total experience of ownership of trouble free phone.
Iphone to Mac to apple Tv to homekit devices, all so well integrated it is unbelievable.

I have to get Definitive Tech for voice match. to be honest this speaker could be used in 5.1 system also they are so good, i need it for surround only, bought wall mount with it also which is great to mount and move the speaker in required direction.
after running Pioneer speaker calibration everything is all set. Now full Dolby Atmos setup done.
this would be good addition if one need the top middle speaker needed for Dolby Atmos.

I purchased this laptop for the memory, processor speed, and the hard drive size hoping that is would be pretty speedy around the net and opening files on the computer itself.. but in reality it is really no faster then my 7 yr old laptop and even facebook games do not play much better. Also this has windows 8 which is nothing but a nightmare. I hate it totally. My friend purchased a gateway from walmart for $50 less then this and it actually ran better.. go figure.. I am not totally happy with my purchase but since I have to have this right now and have no more time to shop I will be keeping it.

i got the same and i am very happy with its performance. it is very inexpensive machine but good enough for browsing and some light work. makes sure you download all updates and update system BIOS, it took me more that two hours to apply all updates. It is running very good.

I kept hearing great things about the 70x200 L lens. I bought this one for around $1100. What I learned later is I bought the 4.0 version, not the 2.8 version that goes for about $2300. The later one is the one with excellent the raving reviews. I have two Canon L lens that give me good image quality when used correctly. I got this new third lens and used it for over two weeks in all kinds of conditions and settings. The image quality was terrible, worse than my inexpensive 18x135 kit lens, which I refuse to use due to image quality. Apparently I got a poor copy with focusing issues. This happens with lenses, even L lenses, from time to time. Best Buy was gracious about refunding my money and I will buy a different L lens.

i am not sure how one make expensive purchase like this not knowing it is 2.8 or 4.0 lens, maybe you got a bad copy, this is top lens, not very good in very low light, using this lens with full fram sensor camera like 6d or 5dMK3 will give very good results.

After setting up sound bar with their ridiculous flashing colored lights directions I'm waiting to here some great sounds from this 800.00 speaker. Not to happen. The volume goes down on its own, faster especially when you change channels. Called their 800# on hold for 1hour, left my name # no call back. Emailed their support team (ha) no response, it's been 7days. Traded it in for the sonos sound bar, love it (4 stars)

return it to store, i had to return Energy sound bar for same reason as yours, BB did not have replacement so i got Jamo instead, i am glad Energy bar did not work out for me. This sound bar is very good for the price, i tried quite a few and settled for this.

Half-baked software release with too many bugs. Setup on mobile device only is a huge mistake. It's got so many bugs and things that just don't make sense.
For example, how the heck is someone supposed to change the temp on their Nest with the current touch interface; it's just horrible. How about a simple + and - button on the Next area to go up and down vs the horrible sliding gesture that can't be controlled at all, if anyone has a Nest please try it out, it's just wrong, wrong, wrong. Also, the remote tells me when the nest is in auto away and asks me if I want to change that (good idea) yet when I tell it to do so it will not do it.
I am a current owner of 2 Harmony 900's and the form factor of the ultimate is just horrible. Can't get used to how it feels in my hand and as many people have stated the transport buttons above the screen are frustrating to the point of being useless - constantly shifting the remote in your hand to reach or using 2 hands is not an option.
I have wanted to purchase an ultimate for about a year and with the Best Buy coupon deal and the new features it was finally time to pull the trigger since I had an old 890 not in use that was broken I could use for the the deal. However, I boxed this awful attempt at a remote up last night and will be returning it today. There are so many things wrong with this design it just can't be tolerated.
If you already have a working Harmony 900, don't be tricked into think this is a better remote, it is not. It's got some great ideas but the software and physical form factor of the remote needs a lot of work.
If Logitech were to release a remote that is physically closer in design to the 900 under the living home brand, I could see giving it another shot, but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.

Overall I am happy with remote, it is not like the harmony One or 900 that lot of people like, i have read lot of reviews about new post Harmony One era harmony remote, people have mix feeling about it, my daughter commented after looking new remote "finally they got rid of so many buttons" people are used to touch screen screens so logitech is going in right direction, i think. Remember when touch screen phone came every one did not embrace it initially, Black berry hard buttons were very popular, now RIM is almost going out of business.
I agree with some of the setup protocol Logitech used is very awkward. I would like to use my computer to setup, Smart phones are not that fast yet. they also let you copy from old account which will make it so easy, all you have to do is pair the hub with wireless router.
The IR blasters are very good to work with all my equipment. I owned 2 Harmony One and 650. Once you get used to touch screen, this is nice remote to have. with improvements this will be awesome remote.

I used the Filtrete Radio Thermostat for a few years and was quite happy with it. After reading some reviews about the ecobee3, I decided to buy the HomeLink version and see if it was as good as the reviews suggested.
Installation took 25 minutes, including tidying up the existing wiring (which were way too long). Luckily I'd attached the "C" wire to my furnace when I installed the Filtrete. Wiring was not a problem at all. I'm thinking of having it control my whole house humidifier, although I may need to use the included power extender kit to add the extra wire needed.
I think that it's a great product - with abundant tweaks and options (such as running the furnace fan for a set amount of time every hour). The iOS app. (as of July 30, 2015) has a small bug - forgetting login credentials, but it's pretty decent.
I think that I'm going to spring for 2 more remote sensors, but at almost $80 for the pair - they are pretty expensive.

If you use the built in swivel mount to suspend the TV from the stand ( the main reason I chose this stand) it looks really flimsy. My 55' TV ( which is supposed to work) leans forward and doesn't looks safe. It's was disappointing to improvise and use it differently from what was intended. I had already invested too much time installing it and was really heavy out of the box to bring back. The best I could do is give it a deservingly not do good review and hope it detours others from buying this product.

not good for price

it is easy to assemble but i have two issues with it, top shelves screws do not align with holes, i connected 3 out of four, due to this glass do not align with the shelves support, 50 inch plasma TV leaned forward when installed on the mount, i was afraid it will break, i put it back on the top glass shelf., i think it is only good for may 50 lbs tv for mount, i would have returned it but it is too much hassle. overall stand looks good. but for the money they are charging it should be lot better. if it is $100 i would be ok with the purchase.

I purchased this on the recommendation of a Magnolia associate after finding out that the sub woofer I was looking for was not carried by any of the stores in my area. I had the magnolia person give me a demo of the unit, which they didn't know how to operate I realized after I read through the manual. Putting it in place, it has really low range into the lower frequencies which is what I was looking to get a sub for as my speakers were good down to 70hz. The power is no where near 1200w as the associate and specs mentioned, more like 100 or 200w. The associate and sub information both said that 1200w was the RMS power, this is an outright lie.
I will never buy any speakers from this brand again, their completely made up specs show when you go to actually use the equipment. When I asked about the performance of the equipment not being up to spec, I was told to upgrade to their next model or to add another sub. You should have seen the looks when I returned it too, like I was a criminal of some kind for wanting it to live up to what was promised. If you don't want returns then don't sell products that blatantly lie about their performance.

you might have a very large open area, you might be better off with two subs, sub location is also very important, or you might have received a bad unit, the power listed in Class D amp as peak power not RMS, sealed sub might not be boomy which lot of people like but they are very tight and accurate for music and movies both. I got a very large 12 inch Sub from infinity with 600 Watts power, i though it would be nice for large open area in basement, tested old super cube 3 for comparison swapping it with infinity, i was surprised SC3 did lot better than a gigantic sub. You might be very happy with HSU sub, this subwoofer is not for you but that does not mean the brand is bad.

I have Def Tech 1000's and ProCenter 1000 center channel and love them. I demo'ed the BP-8020ST's in the Magnolia room and the rep never even had a sub of any kind on. I went with it, liked the way they sounded, knowing everything will sound better with my sub connected. I get these home and what do I find? THESE HAVE A BUILT-IN SUB!!! The BB Rep never even had the subs on these connected!!! I even went over to another BB store nearby, peeked behind the same speaker there, and what do I find? Sub not connected. So BB is demo'ing these to folks w/o the sub on. I even emailed Def Tech informing them about this and an automated ticket was created, and 12 days later, to my surprise,...absolutely ZERO response. I expected maybe a "thanks for letting us know". But, nada.
I ended-up returning the 8020's because although I REALLY liked the sound, I could not "tame" the subs, coupled with my own Klipsch 12" sub. I had to get 2 Y-cords, just to get 3 sub outputs split-out to 3 subs from my single LFE output. I think I would be better off with the other non-sub BP model #not sure if BB carries it?#
If you have no sub, OR, you just want a heck of a lot more bass, and you don't mind that bass coming from the front mains, than these will work very well. Just make sure you get BB to hook em up before you give them a listen...

these speakers do not need subwoofer connection, use normal L, R speakers wire and setup front speakers as Large in AVR, use the crossover setting in AVR, this is it. same is true if one is 8060 Center channel speakers.

Adding the HDR feature and 4k for UHD Blu rays was a great market standpoint and definitely lead me to purchase this product. That being said, I returned it. The 4k UHD Blu ray player skips (DeadPool last fight scene) and the audio matching is all over the place. To be far this may just very well be a problem will the 4k UHD Blu rays as a whole. Never the less, wait to purchase as it is, yet again, another unreliable (Microsoft) console.

same here no skip on deaddpool, it is great machine, basically the UltraHD player is bonus as the only player available costs $320. so $400 is not bad price, i traded Xbox one for $125. if one has Xbox one with 720p or 1080p then it will be ok not to upgrade, even then the base system will cost $125 after trade in.

I've been using both remotes for some time, I really appreciate build quality of Savant Remote but I don't think it's really worth extra $200 if you compare it to the Logitech Harmony Elite, which is great remote. With Harmony Elite you can assign buttons that you need. I use Yamaha receiver and Savant hasn't offered me any functionality for the receiver rather than sound control and on and off. Overall, I think remotes are pretty close with the functionality they offer, but Logitech is $200 cheaper. And one good thing to know is, none of these remotes work with 5G Wifi signal, what year is this? 5G launched back in 2012 and most of modern technology supports it. For example, you can't connect Roku 4 to 5G network and use Wifi Remote, you'll have to connect Roky to 2G network in order to make it work. I give Harmony Remote 4 stars and Savant 3 stars. I hope Logitech will release new remote with 5G support soon.
p.s. Sorry for bad English, just wanted to share my opinion, I wish someone saved my time by reviewing both remotes.

great review, i have similar opinion, harmony is more versatile, one big additional cost factor compared to harmony is one has to buy light module for lights, harmony works with hue lights with dedicated buttons.

small pixel size is always better for monitors, make sure to use good graphic cards on desktop or laptop. low end graphics will not help with high end monitors.

What is the highest resolution and sample rate this DVD player can handle? Can it do 4K 60Hz with 4:4:4 sampling?
It does if your Tv has the option and correct hdmi cable used.

I want to know which is better a mac or pc? And which is the best pc and which is the best mac?
Windows 7 is good alternative if price is an issue, one would be very happy with Macbook or Imac, for $1200 MAc are better than PC, especially video and photo editing, no software to buy and no virus issues.

I am looking to buy a new laptop and i like to play online games like runescape and i wont be storing much photos or music but i might download some files..... sometimes i also like to play sims and games like that what would be a good laptop for me? price range should be under $700 around $600 preferrably
Most of the laptop in that price range will be ok for you. DELL and HP will be good choices in that price range, SONY VAIO will also be excellent choice for a bit more money.

Can I get my computer fixed without my receipt?
I bought my lap top last August for college, and right now it is broken, so I need to get it fixed. I think I left all of the information (the receipt, warranty, everything) at school. Can I still get my lap top fixed without all of the information?
if you bought it at best buy they might be able to pull out receipt from their system via your credit card or phone number or via reward zone, or if you registered it to manufacturer they might have proof of your purchase date. so it could be fixed under warranty.

Is there any blu-ray player that allows watching movies on the TV from the computer via wi-fi?
