This unit is replacing a Plantronics M50 that I had been stolen and I was a little skeptical purchasing this with no reviews online and the in store associate admitting he did not know if they had sold any of these in the store. he said they only started carrying them a week ago. He mentioned a 15 day return policy so I decided to test it out.
I paired this BT with an older Motorola Droid 2 Global that I'm very fond of. The phone and BT paired almost instantly and immediately was playing media audio through the BT. The issue I'm having is that when initially connected the phone audio is not played through the BT like the media audio. The fix is to power cycle both the phone and BT, in that order, and then the BT plays both the phone and media audio. I can't tell if this is an issue with the BT or my older phone but with them both being motorola products I would thing annoyances like this would not be an issue.
I love the size of the unit and the multiple wearing options. The pack includes one over the ear loop that rests on the outside of the ear, another over the ear loop with and ear bud to fit into the ear canal, and two inner ear loops with different size earbuds. I tried all four and prefer the over the ear loop with the ear bud. It feels very stable and the earbud blocks out some outside noise. Its nice that they include all four styles so there is something for everyone right out of the box.
The only flaw I see with the design is the on/off flip microphone which is a good idea but the mic flips in towards your ear when you turn it off and is difficult to flip back out without knocking the unit loose from your ear. Perhaps with some wear the mic will loosen slightly and the problem might go away.
My Best Buy number: 316356594
What's great about it: Size, comfort, ease of use
What's not so great: On/Off flip mic is tough to use while on/in ear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Story is complete

This "prequel" to the original Halo game for xbox gives a good background story as well as challenging gameplay. The campaign took about 10 hours on heroic difficulty playing co-op, I played it on legendary difficulty solo which took closer to 20 hours. Multiplayer has options for cooperative as well as competitive matches which is where the long term playability comes in. Daily challanges expose you to game types you may not normally play so you get to explore everything the game has to offer.
What's great about it: Story, multiplayer
What's not so great: A.I. for allies is poor, can't shoot anything

Contender for 2010 Game of the Year

A great follow up if you played the first but make sure you complete Mass Effect 1 prior to starting this game, better yet level up your character prior to importing it to Mass Effect 2. Your decisions in the first have a huge impact on the game you'll play including tertiary characters who were involved in side quests show up again. The small details add to the universe like news clips in the background of things you did in the first game or missions you have completed.
What's great about it: Storyline, replay value
What's not so great: Felt like it was shorter than the first, less side missions

2 Week Follow Up
September 12, 2013
So I've been using the unit for 2 weeks and have decided to keep it. The pairing issues seems to have worked themselves out so now when I flip the mic open both the media audio and phone audio go through the unit without having to reboot anything.
I use this a lot to listen to audio books while doing stuff around the house. The range is about 30' so I can leave my phone on the charger in one room and walk freely around the house. Sometimes I lose signal when I go to other floors in the house but not often.
For calls people have said they didn't realize I was using a headset it was so clear. I've had no problem hearing people either.
