Enhanced with a built-in nightlight when docked, the light is just bright enough to illuminate your way without waking your partner. Nice Smart Clock

I want to like this smart clock, but I feel like it's missing something. To personalize your smart clock, you will have to download the google home app. I sync up my Spotify account which I can use via Bluetooth. I can adjust the brightness, the background, set the alarm, and set up my network. It has very simple options nothing that stood out to me. The smart clock is made up of two pieces: the charging mat and the smart screen. The smart screen is on the left side and the charging mat is on the right side. I found it difficult because my bed is on the left so it was inconvenient for me. It would be great if I could adjust the smart screen from left or right.
The speaker is not too loud. It reminds me of the old-school AM/FM dial radios as they can sound muffled. If it had a better sound quality I would give it more stars. I like the idea of this smart clock but I feel like it's missing some additional features. The price is not too bad either but it seems too plain.

Sturdy and Heavy Duty

I have at least 1 power outage a month where I live. I recently started using battery backups, but I never had one like this battery back up. It is very nice, heavy, and has easy menu options. I decided to use it for my router, desktop computer, television, bose speakers, Xbox Series X, and Switch. I have no problem (at the moment). I wanted to use it with my printer but it gives me an error message about using too much voltage to handle and it suddenly turned off. I haven't officially tested it as I haven't had a power outage yet, so the true test is yet to be determined.
One thing I dislike is the lighting of the battery back up. It really lights up my room which makes it hard for my sleep with so much light. I decided to put it behind furniture to reduce the lighting.
It is a great battery backup for any gamer. It has plenty of outlets in the back and it feels very sturdy. I know this will last a long time. I plan to use it for a long time as well. I highly recommend it.

I got one of these for my Xbox Series X console. I already owned a previous WD external hard drive but it was meant for PC/MAC. I transferred all my games from my old external to the Xbox to the WD Black hard drive. The speed was great. I transferred Cold War, 205 GB game in less than 30 mins. The hard drive was easy to set up. I just formatted and It was ready to go. I now have all my games on the external hard drive.
I did notice though that COD Cold War was not working properly when it was transferred to the external hard drive. I tried restarting the console. Nothing worked. I decided to transfer the game back to the Xbox and it works just fine. I did not like it, that is the reason I deducted one star.
Also, the hard drive stays on even when the Xbox is off. You'll see the light blinking at night. I normally disconnected. I do not feel comfortable leaving it on all day and night. I feel the hard drive will wear and tear sooner. Idk just me.
I like the external hard drive and recommend it for the price! It's 4 TB!

I am recently starting creating advertising and presentation content for my grad school classes. I owned a couple of microphones for audio recording as well. I found this microphone to be very useful and practical. I decided to use this microphone using my iPhone as both the visual and audio recorder. I looked into the microphone accessories, and I found the Apple lighting to USB Camera Adapter. It made using this product a breeze with decent audio content.
You'll need to buy batteries to operate this microphone. You will need 2 AA batteries. You can also adjust the gains.
This product is functional and straightforward. It will not wow you, but it will provide some decent audio recording for a reasonable price. I recommend it. I am having a lot of fun using it for my classes as it makes it look professional without paying the price. I recommend.

Very sturdy camera. Easy to use. Uses 8 AA batteries, so I would suggest you stock up on batteries if you plan to use them for long periods. I was kind of disappointed that I had to use batteries as I would hope it came with a built-in rechargeable battery via USB. You can purchase rechargeable batteries. The menu and setup are straightforward. As advertised it is useful for night recordings thanks to its night vision and its waterproof.
I like motion detection as it's great when camping or for fast-moving animals. I am mostly going to use it for security around the house and camping. The price does not break the bank and it's a solid camera. I would recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors!

Straight forward microphone for cameras and camcorders. Feels very sturdy and doesn't add too much weight to your camera. You'll have to power it with a single AA battery. You'll want to keep some batteries around if you are planning to record long use, but I read a single battery may last up to 130 hours. Simple Mic, a switch for +20,0, and -10db. The feature to low cut is great to reduce that low-frequency sound. Also a switch for gain.
Overall, it's a straightforward mic with good quality sound. I would recommend it!

Retro and Very Clean

Very retro and sturdy condenser microphone for any laptop musicians out there! I was in the market for a condenser mic to record my acoustic guitar and vocals. The sound out of this mic is very clear with many frequency range options.
The microphone came with a wooden box came with looks awesome and the price tag doesn't hurt the bank for $199. It's affordable and looks very professional. I used the mic in an Apple Laptop with Logic Pro using a Beringer UMC 404HD 4x4 Channel audio Interface. I had no issues with connections and frequency adjustments. Lucky, I had my own mic stand so I had no issues, but I am considering using a desk clip-on mic stand since I do all my recording in my computer space.
If you want to get a good sound from the mic I would recommend you use some good preamps and interfaces. The -20db pad switch is a good feature. Overall, the sound is nice, rich, and clear.
I hoped they include a pop filter. Other than that it's a good buy,
For $199, seems like a good purchase. It's sturdy, professional-looking, and sounds great! It's a good addition to any mic arsenal.

Smooth and Small
on April 7, 2021

I was in the market for a shaver. I long used disposable razors. Due to the pandemic, I haven't been to the barber and my hair has been a mess. I found myself trimming my sideburns and the back of my head around the neck area. This product solved both of my problems. Prior to this product, I never used a one-blade trimmer and shaver.
The trimmer and shaver are very small. It can easily fit in my pocket. Out of the box, it came already charged. I only charged it for less than an hour until it was at 100%. It also comes with a bag, base charger, and an adjusting trimmer piece that can be customized based on turning a dial. I was worried when first using it, as the blades look exposed. I was worried about being cut. You can shave any way you want, you are not obligated to only shave where the blades are as the exposed blades make it very versatile. I shaved by putting the shaver over my mustache and also moving horizontally. Pretty cool.
I plan to use the adjusted dial for my beard and sideburns as I probably won't go to the barber for a while until the pandemic is gone. I like this trimmer/shaver. It is very simple to use and small enough not to take up too much space in my bathroom drawers. The price is just right and doesn't brake the bank. I recommend it!

Just WOW

WARNING***
You are required to update the firmware on the controller, googles, and drone itself. I recommend that all three items be fully charged prior to updates. You will need to download the DJI Fly mobile app or the DJI assistant two via laptop. The process takes a long time, almost to the point that it feels it's not updating. Make sure all three items are turned on and fully charge. I had an issue where I had to use an iPad, iPhone, and laptop to update. After the update, everything was working fine.
I haven't flown a drone in more than two years since the Mavic 2. I didn't own it; it was my friends. Due to the price tag, I did not want to fly the drone immediately. DJI has a drone simulator you can download on your phone to practice before the real thing. I logged in several hours of sports and manual drone flying before the first flight.
The drone comes in three different flight modes: Normal, Sports, and Manual mode. The normal mode provides navigation flying. It pretty much flies itself; you adjust the drone to move vertically and horizontally; under normal mode, the sensors are active beeping when you are near an object. It is recommended for beginners. Under Sports mode, the fastest it can go is 30 mph and offer a little more versatility. It not that hard to control, but the sensors are disabled, unlike in normal mode. Sports mode is recommended for intermediate users. Finally, there is Manual mode: no sensors, all manual drive. I've only driven the drone once in manual mode, mostly in simulator mode. I don't think I am comfortable enough to fly in manual mode as the top speed is 60 mph. I am still practicing manual mode in simulation.
I just want to say the video quality on the googles is excellent. I believe the specs are 4k at 60 fps and 120 fps at 1080p. You'll need an SD card to video record; then, you can transfer images and video via DJI fly app to your phone. FPV or First Person View feels like a bird flying in the sky. I cannot get enough of the views. The view inside the googles provides the battery life of the drone and googles, and if there are piloted aircraft nearby, it also notifies you of drone flying restrictions.
The DHI FPV drone doesn't feel like a complete racing drone but provides a hybrid between a "hotrod" and a "van," as some of my friends put it; either way, you'll get a lot of benefits from this drone. I forgot to mention: the battery life is pretty good, fully charge it gives me more than 20 minutes of the whole flying, which is better than average.
Overall, this drone is amazing and very simple to use. I haven't flown a drone in 2 years and having a simulator option before flying put to rest any fears I've had of crashing it. I don't think I would consider it a racing drone, but it definitely good enough for any beginner and intermediate user. The drone has a lot of safety options which makes using this drone a breeze, and the H button on the controller pretty much makes it land by itself. My little niece is 11 and has never flown a drone before; she now knows how to use it in normal mode. I recommend it to anyone who is known to drones as this drone makes it easy.

Sturdy, Clean, and Easy

I've own several microphones as I've been recording vocals and music for a while now. I want to say how easy it was to use this microphone. The first thing I notice is how well built the microphone is and looks very professional. I just plugged in the USB (comes with USB-1 & USB-C cables) to my laptop, change the input preferences, and I was done. I like the idea of using this microphone with smartphone devices for mobile use. You also have the option to use an XLR cable.
Evident sound, no audio interface needed. I usually use audio interfaces from a logic pro with simulators to help me. The sound is perfect but keeps in mind you'll need to be aware of your proximity, as the microphone is very sensitive. I was told this when streaming on discord with my friends, no big problem but something to be aware of; either way, the sound was unmistakable.
I did not use the Shureplus MOTIV app to make adjustments. I thought I didn't need it since I make adjustments through a logic pro. I also made adjustments manually through the controls in the microphone. I can mute and change the volume, and I like this option for when I am live streaming. The microphone does not come with a mic stand. Sold separately.
I went to the Shure website for more information about the microphone, and they have different useful tips to help you set up the microphone.
I recommend this microphone for this simplicity and quality sound. I upgraded my microphone, and I look forward to recording music and podcasts. Worth it!!

Great TV but 60 Mhz? Really?
By Mark
I originally bought an M-Series 55 Inch 4K Vizio TV. I had to return it because of the obvious lag when i play my Xbox and the lack of smart apps. I read the reviews on this TV and i thought i would go with a known brand like Samsung. My previous TV was a Samsung 50 Inch Projection TV and i had it for like 7+ years and it still looked great. I wanted to upgrade.
My first impression was the nice picture, very solid colors and sharpness. I like the smart TV Apps and web browsing capabilities when i play my Xbox one it looks great! no lag and colors are nice. I haven't seen 4K content on it so i can't offer an opinion on 4k stuff.
Now to the bad stuff. There is backlighting on the lower right, top left, and middle left of the screen. You can't notice right away until you start watching movies in a dark room. You can't tell if its in full screen, the back lighting does get annoying from time to time.
I think one of the major drawbacks of this TV would be the 60mhz, it's say trumotion 120 but that is just mumbo jumbo for 60mhz you'll think with SUHD you'll have a 120 mhz but nope that's one of the major things i could say bad about this TV. My 15 days were up so i could not return this TV, if i could i think i would of spend +$150 for a Sony, but overall it's a nice tv.
I notice a lot of TV's within the dollar range have some kind of an issue with back lighting.

Thank you for your reply about the 15 day return policy. I ph'd Best Buy and they confirmed that any purchases made between late Nov and Dec are eligible for returns all the way to Jan 15, so as a result i will be returning this TV because of the Refresh rate (currently 60mhz/ Trumotion is not 120) and backlighting light bleed) and paying a +$100 more for a Sony XBR55X810C 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2015 Model) which has a 120 Mhz and has slightly better ratings.

Great for the Active Person on the Go
By Mark from LA
These headphones are very comfortable, i used them for a 4 mile jog on my treadmill and a 4 mile jog at my local park. They didn't come off or felt uncomfortable during my workouts.
The cables are thin, and the mic doesn't take up too much space either. These headphones look really discreet, especially with the black color which i like, it looks like i don't have headphones at all.
The wireless feature is nice too. I hate cords. I had to buy an arm sleeve due to headphone cords to have easier access to my ipod, but w/ these i don't need one, i just keep my cell in my pocked and jog, it doesn't eve effect the sound quality either!
I sweat a lot, some people say more then the average person. I also like to stay active by working out 5 days a week. These headphone have been great for my daily jogs. They are "splash resistant" too. You can tell by how the mic is covered and the earbuds which is another plus.
The only thing i would knock off these headphones is the sound quality. These headphones can get very loud, when it's loud the highs and lows don't sound too well that's why i am taking off 1 star.
These headphones are just loud which is fine because when you are working out you don't pay attention to the highs and lows, you just want good loud music coming out of your headphones which these headphones do.
So far, i like this product. They do what they suppose to do, and they are loud. They also look durable. I would recommend these headphones to anyone who likes to workout. I have a feeling these headphones will be my go to gear for workouts. I hope they last a couple of years with me.

These headphones are no good
July 7, 2017
This is a follow up on my previous review. I finally tried them while jogging. I was only 1 block into my jogging and they stopped working. It kept syncing out. The headphones said ," i was out of range" which i wasn't. I had an arm band and the headphones were on my head! I couldn't get them to work after that. I tried turning them off and on, then later syncing up, but it still did not work. What a waste. These headphones were a good idea but i can't even use for a regular jog. 1 star for that.

Basic Sound and Annoying LED light
By Mark from Los Angeles
I wanted to like this sound bar, based on looks, the reviews it had, and of course the LG brand which is known for having good products. I would think with the 300 Watts capability it would be louder, but it isn't. You really have to mess with the bass (and the sub woofer bass) to get some decent bass for music and cinema.
I have a Sony 4k 55' inch TV (2015 Model). I didn't use the HDMI option to connect, i used the optical cable. I later change the settings on my TV to "sound system" - My TV controller controls the volume on the sound bar, but it says on my tv, "volume is fixed" every time i increase volume, so if i go from 10 at volume to 30, the volume is fixed" sign will show up 20x. So i'll have to use the sound bar controller for volume now.
This sound bar can be used for Bluetooth streaming as well. I sync up my cellphone (galaxy s7), it worked well for a couple of songs then it would kick me out. It would do this very often. I later downloaded the "music flow" app from LG (LG manual states it works well with app) thinking it would be the better option for streaming music from my phone to the sound bar and guess what? It did the same thing. Kicked me out after a couple of songs, it was really annoying. I couldn't listen to my playlist without reconnecting every 10 mins. After, it kicks me out it would go back to "optical" mode on the sound bar.
Even after i turn off the sound bar, i would wake up to the "optical" mode still on.
As others reviewers of this product, i would say that the LED light is really annoying. It's always on. I tried to remove it with the "music flow" app under settings but it didn't work.
The sound bar itself is very light, doesn't weight much at all. The sub woofer itself its medium sized, like the size of a shoes box I didn't feel a lot of bass coming from the sub woofer.
It's disappointing that this sound bar sounds so basic but looks very stylish and modern. I just can't get around the Bluetooth disconnecting and the basic sound.
The nice thing is that it came with a sound bar wall mount (i bought one from amazon thinking i would need it).
I wouldn't recommend.

Follow Up Review
August 11, 2017
I got an HDMI cable, connected it to the HDMI out behind the Sound Bar, I later connected the HDMI cable to the ARC HDMI option and my TV automatically sync up to the sound bar and sub woofer. I now can control the volume with my TV controller, and the sound bar turns off automatically when i turn off my TV. I disconnected the Optical cable option completely as a result i don't get kicked out when streaming music via bluetooth option, which is great because it was really annoying before. NOT all tv's support HDMI ARC option, luckly my TV is not that old (Sony 4k Bravia 2015 Model) now the sound bar works exactly how its suppose to, although i'm still not happy with the sound quality. I feel with the sub woofer and 300 watts option it should be a lot better, but then again now that i got it to work well i give it 4 stars! I wouldn't use the optical input option as it made it more difficult to sync everything. I just wanted to do a follow up.

The Wi-Fi connectivity and Alexa compatibility of this Samsung POWERbot Slim robot vacuum let you operate it remotely from your smartphone or via voice command.

How do you have to recharge the R7070? Does it need a special electric outlet? How high can the outlet be. Can you program this without a smart phone?

Hello Marty!

You do not need anything out of the ordinary, just space to put your charging station. In the set up, there is the adapter cable and a charging station included w/ the set up. You just connect the charging cable to the outlet, hook up the charging cable to the charging station, once you do that, you press the red switch at the bottom of the vacuum. Pick up the vacuum, and place it right in front of the charging station until the lights on the vacuum show charging.

In regards to the programming to charge, the vacuum has it automatically included, once the vacuum detects its low on battery, it will automatically go back to its charging station. Once it's charge it will continue vacuuming where it left off. I hope this helps!

there really isn't a discount for this computer, but right now is -$100 off if that helps. You can also get the lower ram option if you don't want to pay the $1,399 price tag.

Does it have a clock?

if you mean does it tell you the time? Then yes it tells the time while on sleep or while using it. I haven't figured out how to change the time from military to regular time.
