Get past the language barrier

This is a movie that is scary, adventurious, dramatic, and has a little romance. If you can get past the language barrier (or just turn the DUB to English) then you will love it. It has great costume design, a great cast, and the story line is first rate.

Sort of like Diablo 2

Great game, have not finished it yet, but after playing it for a few days this is definetly a game that you can play over and over again. While the concept is original, some of the levels seem toooo repetative. But all in all a great game, with numerous things to do.
What's great about it: Solid RPG
What's not so great: Not a Free travel game. You are confined to certain areas.

A rebellious priest discovers his church is hiding a terrible secret in this thriller, which has been given a solid presentation for this DVD release. The Order has been given two transfers to disc for this release -- a letterboxed version in the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has been enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16 x 9 monitors, and a pan-and-scan transfer in the full-screen ratio of 1.33:1. The original English-language audio track is mastered in Dolby Digital 5.1, and optional Spanish subtitles are included. As a bonus, this disc also features an alternate audio commentary track from director Brian Helgeland, the film's original theatrical trailer, and a selection of deleted scenes.

Great movie, Great Acting. Dark tale that has a surprise twist at the end. Very intresting. Would have given it 5 stars but some of the ideas behind some of the situations are a bit unlikely; but then again it is a movie :)

Great Keyboard
on January 25, 2008

I bought this keyboard, and it is mainly used for gaming at night. It has 3 different colors to choose from, so when I am playing different games I can set the color to Blue, Red, or Purpleish depending on what I am doing. It has strong keys and a soft hand rest for extended use. A definet recommendation.

The first feature film from the Monty Python gang comes to DVD in this spectacular twin-disc set. The film itself is presented in a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Mono. English, Spanish, and French subtitles are accessible. The copious supplemental materials include a commentary track by Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones that features the occasional remark from John Cleese, Eric Idle, and Michael Palin. The second disc contains singalongs, a version of the film created entirely out of Legos, a pair of documentaries about the creation of the film, an interactive cast directory, artwork from the film, a photo gallery, trailers, and a bunch of other material that will keep Python fans entertained for a very long time. This is probably the definitive home video version of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Not a huge jazz fan, but someone recommended that I try this album out. After buying it and listening to it once I have to say that it is a little different from jazz, but still has the jazz/blues feel. Would definetly recommend this album, this guy is up and coming and is sure to be a big star.

The psychological thriller Evilenko tells the story of arguably the most infamous serial killer in the history of the Soviet Union. Malcolm McDowell portrays Andrei Evilenko, a man responsibly for the deaths of about 50 kids. An intrepid cop and a gifted psychological profiler team up to try and stop him.

Crazy killer film

Nicely done. The synopsis sums it up when they say crazy serial killer goes around killing people. This movie has some scary points as well as some weird points. But all in all the acting is on par and I did not get bored during it. recommended!

washer dryer hookup

is there any way i can use a washer dryer in an apartment without the hookups
No, you need to use the appropriate hookups or get a certified electrician to come over and install a transformer for you to use them. DO NOT SPLICE WIRES ON YOUR OWN!

Do you have power converters to use in south america 220 volts?

I need to operate american appliances in brasil
Bestbuy has numerous downconverting plug sets in their stores that come with easy to use instruction and a nice carrying case! You need to step down from 220v to 110v; an action which all of them will do. Just make sure not to plug in any very voltage heavy appliances such as Hairdryers or coffee makers as this could cause a short in either the plug or the device itself.

Audio Systems & Components
Audio Systems & Components

Are there just audio sets to buy for home theatre excluding the actual DVD player?

I have the TV and DVD player. I want to buy just an audio set for the setup. Are there any sets to buy?
You can find a few box surround sound systems, but I am not sure they will give you what you are looking for. Most people start with a box system, and within 5-6 months it is sitting by the curb and you are on your way back to the store to get a piece by piece system. While it may be more expensive, I HIGHLY recommend creating your own system.
