Positives are it looks really good with all of my other new Profile appliances.
Negatives are as others have said you can't see through the window, what a dumb design flaw. The I wish I could return the item moment for me is how it turns the vent fan on full blast when you cook something longer then about 10 minutes. There is no way to turn the fan off, you have to suffer through it. I did realize that it will cool quicker it you leave the door wide open after the food is cooked. I have purchased many a microwave in the past and I have never had one turn on a loud cooling fan.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adobe is a company, how the heck can a computer download a company? You obviously were doing something wrong it you were not able to do a simple download.

Comes With a 60 hz processor. Slowest processor made! Why buy a 4K LED if you don't have the processor to go with it.
Bought the Samsung model ABOVE this model and returned it next day.
Watching action movies and playing games was a bust. Very slow refresh rate.
Not worth it (even on sale).

The processor is not 60 hz. The refresh rate is 60 hz. Get your terminology correct if you are going to call it the slowest processor made. I would hazard a guess that the processor is at least 2 ghz, but I have never seen a TV manufacturer list the speed of their processors.
