Replaced our lost channels.

Switched to DirecTV and lost our digital sub channels that were on the other TV provider. Easily installed in minutes and got the channels back. Live in an apartment on the 2nd floor and this picked up 70 channels. Very impressive for a small profile antenna.

I bought another one of these to compliment my XBOX 360. I used to use my XBOX 360 for not only gaming but also streaming apps. Unfortunately, many of the streaming apps on my XBOX 360 will never receive an update again and publishers such as iHeart Radio and others have updated their apps. So I bought an extra one of these to sit next to my Dynex 15' LED Television and it works great without any issues. I was able to connect the device without an AC Adapter by using the USB port on the TV and save myself a plug in the wall. If you want to connect it traditionally doing that, it contains an adapter to do so but you may find both the include USB Cable and HDMI cable short, but the good news is that the HDMI cable is a standard cable and the USB plug is USB to Mini USB so it's all good to use your own cables. This device is rather speedy than my Roku 1, nowhere is it slow and sluggish like other reviews have mentioned elsewhere. If you don't have a credit card, there is a link you can Google as a backdoor to set the device up without one. Well worth the price for $30 considering my primary use for it is iHeart Radio and free movie apps like Crackle and Tubi TV.

Great sounding earphones

Makes taking the BART train more manageable. Easily interfaced with my Google Pixel phone within seconds. Be sure to turn them off completely when you're finished with them or you won't be able to hear audio from your headset unless you disconnect the bluetooth or set the audio to come from your speaker while the headphones are connected! :)

You don't have a clean floor until you use this mop. Period.Throw everything you know about cleaning and using a standard mop away... This powerful unit really does wonders on the tile floor in our apartment. Very easy to assemble too. That steam is pretty powerful and got out spots we thought were permanently on the floor. And we were using that mop that spins.......
The unit looks like it has a learning curve at first when you use it, but it's straight forward after that. Don't let the manual or the assembly instructions intimidate you, connect A to A, ETC.
One thing I do like, it dramatically cut my mopping time down in half, and I can take the mop head off and put it in the wash cycle.
Shark has done it again.

Normally I use headphones at the gym with the wires because my music motivates me to workout. I also know that wireless headphones can give a bad image depending on the weight. They can be distracting for that purpose.
These headphones really bring the beats of the music and then some. Not only are they clear in audio quality, but also easy to setup too. I've been able to go to the gym 3 times in one charge and still have some battery life left in them.
Of course, they are not the audio brand that begins with a B, but it still sounds alright to me.

I have a hard time using scissors to trim my mustache and also when I receive haircuts, the cord gets in the way. This tool is very handy for all of the grooming needs a man needs and then some. I like the fact that it is waterproof (can be used in the shower) and is on the light side to handle. My old electric device weighed considerably more. I'd say that this has cut my grooming time in half as well.

Decided to take this for a spin and see how I can improve on the photos of my Grandma that I take when I visit her in the care home and it did a good job. I especially like how I can easily find them in the program based on date taken, etc. The program does have a slight learning curve and it may take a weekend or two to completely master it's features.

This monitor is extremely simple to setup and assembled in minutes. You don't need tools to assemble it which I liked. There is an HDMI port and a VGA port in the back of the monitor. Unfortunately, there is no DVI, so if you wish to use that, you'll have to get an HDMI to DVI Convertor.
If there is any feedback I'd like to give on this monitor, it would be the monitors ability to adjust options such as brightness etc. You have to feel your way at the bottom right hand side of the monitor to trigger buttons that will show you what does what. There are no printed indicators on the monitor itself, only arrows as a guide on the picture itself. This is very confusing to setup and may drive someone crazy if they are not technologically savvy.

I switched my Google Pixel 5" phone from Tracfone to the Net 10 $35 plan and it was a flawless switch. I spent no more than 10 minutes setting up the service. Popped out the Tracfone BYOP ATT Sim and put in the Net 10 BYOP Sim and then turned on the phone and it works.
There are 3 kinds of providers inside the box. ATT, TMobile and Verizon. So pick whatever works best in your area and it will work.
I would have loved to purchase a $35 airtime card from my local Best Buy Mobile, but they did not have any in stock at Southland so I was able to complete my transaction online with my debit card.
Keep in mind that the plan I picked ($35) only gives you 500mb data at LTE speed and they will slow it down to 2G after that. But everything worked out in the end and my service works fine.

I have a brand new Google Pixel phone that will work on any carrier. So I took the AT&T Compatible Nano Sim that was in there and started the activation process online. Once it asked me for the number to transfer over and my old phones Serial Number, I clicked the finish button and it showed me the balance from my old Tracfone Galaxy Core Prime Tracfone. Within 6 minutes my Google Pixel was active with this SIM card and everything was configured. No need to involve customer support the whole thing was 100% easy!

my new laptop started showing this weird pattern, randomly, on the first day I started surfing the internet. I haven't tried other programs yet. What could be causing it? I will be returning unit to the store for a replacement.

Bad version of Firefox

It appears that this version of Firefox was incorrectly configured at the factory. Since version 47 is out now I suggest removing the one that Acer included and download the new one from the Firefox website. The laptop is fine, it's the browser.

. . . is slow. Right out of the box I was very disappointed. The specs seem fine: i5 processor and 8 gigs of RAM. But this laptop just ran slow. Sluggish response in just about every way. Just not acceptable for someone on the go. A client who is a busy business owner bought this for himself and after I set it up I suggested he return it.

Once you create the recovery drive and make a backup of the wireless drivers, you can take a Windows 10 iso and do a clean format and let Windows 10 Update take care of the rest of the install. This is going to take some time, but should help with the sluggish nature of the laptop. I had noticed this too when I opened it up out of the box, that and the Firefox issue with the black dots appearing, it seems if you disable hardware acceleration the problem goes away.

This was a upgrade tracfone from the zte. Worked fine for the first 7 days,than on sunday no service. The phone is dead to call or receive call's or text. Called tracfone and they could do nothing. They said call back tomorrow when verizon is open to find out the problem. So no phone for the day ,and don't know what will happen. I will update when i know.

No Service

My phone all of a sudden said no service to me when I was in Disneyland last month, and I did not have any cell service. Was without a phone for 2 days. I had an old Pixi Pulsar Android phone that I upgraded from, so I took the SIM card out of the Galaxy Prime and put it into the Pixi Pulsar. I turned off the Pixi Pulsar and put it back into the Galaxy Prime and my service came back. Was a weird service glitch but I ended up not needing the SIM Card they sent me.

how do I eliminate broken image Roku reception?
Lately, when I use my Roku, the screen image is a pixelated mosaic & not a coherent picture.
Your HDMI cable is most likely defective. Replacing it may help.

Push the menu button. Use the directional pad to move to channels and under auto channel scan press the right key.

Can small TV's be adapted for rabbit ears?
To put on kitchen counter under cabinet.
This television has an ATSC tuner so you can use rabbit ears with this television. Keep in mind that depending on where your antenna is placed you may not get a good reception. These newer TVs are nothing like the analog format where you could still get a picture even if there was slight amounts of snow on there.

This would plug into the green one. The speaker cable is green, you simply match the green cable with the green input.

Can't download pics from ipod
I bought this for my daughter, she wanted to use it to practice typing as well as reports and homework and photo printing. Plugged her iPod in and, while it recognized her iPod it would not recognize any available files... If you can help, it would be appreciated as I have been in the Mac world for the last 12 years and am struggling

I've seen on many websites that you can upgrade to Windows 10 (When Available) and you get a $25 gift card for Microsoft. Do those apple here?
The $25 gift card offer is true. You get a website where you have to validate your computer but once you do, you can download anything up to $25 from the XBOX Games store in Windows 8.1, the Windows 8.1 App Store, XBOX Movies and XBOX Games. Browser needed a little adjustment but it worked after that :)

Is this good for Streaming on a TV, web access
Currently use pc to access programs (cbs.com, etc) , netflix, hulu, HBO on tv. Will this work? I do not have cable
Yup. I have a Dynex 16" LED Television and I hooked it up to there and the picture quality was great for an INTEL HD graphics chip. I was able to do 1080p and it looked pretty nice as well on the main laptop screen.
If you have a really big flat panel television I suggest at least a 6 foot to 12 foot cable depending on what you want to do.

Since Dynex products are a Best Buy brand, you should see a quick turn around for the order fulfillment process providing they have some in the local stock. I know that this TV was once hard to find through a different revision of it. Your local Best Buy store can also help you place an order online as well if you don't want to use your credit card online.

local channels
To get just local channels, does this tv need just an antenna or also a converter box?

This TV has a built in digital tuner. All you need to do is purchase an Antenna and you can pickup local channels. Unencrypted QAM channels may work from the cable company without a converter box but direct through coaxial but its not guaranteed.
